Communication Workshops

Communication is a catalyst for transformation. It has the power to amplify the impact of any work. C4C provides professional communication training that enables individuals and institutions to learn the art of expressing their stories with clarity.

Our four-workshop journey benefits organisations at two fundamental levels:

  • The organisation will develop a story documentation system that can regularly generate relevant information that needs to be communicated to all key stakeholders.

  • Build the individual capacity of their field workers to share their story of change by developing an understanding of the elements of storytelling. The practical exercises in our workshops help participants to be more self-aware and confident in their communication.

Course Curriculum:

C4C training includes a journey through four workshops:

  • Workshop # 1: Art of Storytelling

  • Workshop # 2: Facing the Camera (Message & the Medium)

  • Workshop # 3: Understanding Misunderstandings

  • Workshop # 4: Effective Communication Habits

Communication Strategy

C4C works with Senior Management to

create Strategic Communication Plans for sustained integrated actions that deliver consistent results for powerful brand building.

It supports organisations to build strong collaborations with clear principle based Strategic Communication that facilitates impactful work.

Communication Strategy therefore is seen as an integral part of an organisations strategic planning.  When a programme integrates communication plans at the inception, the final communication is not only authentic; but also has the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and creative presentation. Such communication has the power to rapidly connect people; creating a huge circle of influence that can multiply the impact of the programme and organisation exponentially.

I have found Salma a powerful communicator who listens intently, comprehends precisely and communicates effectively with her creativity. The different media that she chooses to communicate through is marked by her in-depth research and thorough understanding of the target audience. The “Gujarat Window” in the World Social Forum (WSF) was a marvellous exhibition that she created in collaboration with many Civil Society Organizations. The work was appreciated by the participants of the WSF from several countries across the world including the Nobel Laureate for peace Shirin Ebadi.
